Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We can work with professionals, microbusinesses, small and medium-sized businesses, companies, and institutions. We assess each project based on its needs and scope.
Do you serve clients outside Mexico City?
Yes. We are based in Mexico City and serve clients nationwide. Remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements are agreed on according to the activities required.
Is there a fee for the assessment?
The initial qualification conversation is free of charge. If technical analysis, research, documentation review, or formal deliverables are required, the assessment is quoted according to scope.
Do you only advise, or do you also implement?
We can provide analysis and design or support implementation. The proposal specifies which stages are included.
Can I engage you for just one part?
Yes. We can define a specific need or a phase within a larger project.
Do you work with our current suppliers?
Yes. We can coordinate with your existing team and suppliers within the agreed responsibilities.
Can you coordinate specialists?
Yes. When a project requires additional capabilities, we can coordinate their involvement with a defined scope and responsibilities.
Do you work on a project basis or on an ongoing basis?
Both arrangements are possible. Recurring services are agreed on with defined capacity, deliverables, and terms for continuation.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, when the information or project requires it, before critical documentation is shared.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
The objective, current situation, known scope, location, timeline, and an overview of the available information. We first review what inputs are missing.
How long does a project take?
It depends on its complexity, information, dependencies, and scope. The schedule is agreed on in the proposal.
Do you guarantee regulatory approval or a commercial outcome?
No. We define the work and deliverables we can undertake; regulatory decisions and commercial performance depend on additional factors.
