Modular Solutions

A specific need. A defined scope.

If you already know what you need to address, we can define a specific engagement with clear inputs, a deliverable, and acceptance criteria.

When it makes sense.

When you need an independent review, a tool, an analysis, or support with part of a project already underway.

Examples of modules.

  • Review of a set of documents
  • Requirements matrix
  • Labeling or marketing claims review
  • Supplier analysis
  • Scoped documentation audit
  • Process map
  • Root cause analysis
  • Focused workshop
  • Market or portfolio comparison

How the work progresses.

We confirm the objective and materials; agree on the limits of the review; carry out the work; and deliver the result with any relevant observations, assumptions, and outstanding items.

Deliverables to agree on.

  • Reviewed document with comments
  • Matrix or comparison
  • Brief report
  • Procedure or tool
  • Knowledge transfer session, if included

Scope and limits.

A module is not a comprehensive assessment of the organization and does not cover matters outside the assignment. The proposal establishes volume, depth, review rounds, and dependencies. If we identify a broader need, we flag it so we can agree on how to address it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I engage you for just one review?

Yes, provided there is sufficient information and we can define the review criteria.

Does it include rounds of revisions?

The number and nature of revisions are established in the proposal.

Can I expand the project later?

Yes. The expansion is agreed as an additional phase with its own scope.

Describe the deliverable you need.

If it is not yet clear, we will help you define it.
